Guests must be quiet between 11pm and 9am
Parties
Parties / events are not allowed.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
A 30% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. Once we record your payment, the reservation will be confirmed.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside apartments, it is only allowed on balcony / terrace.
Payment method
Bank transfer for prepayment, cash in € for full balance.
